Booking Policy
Italia by Design apply an administration fee of 25 euro that isn't refundable.
The cancellation fees are:
Cancellations more than 8 days before the date of the tour: no charge (except the administration fee of 25 euro).
Cancellations within 7 days of the date of the tour: 80% of the total amount.
Total amount for no shows.
