Rachel was available to us each time we changed our plans, even providing us with a spot for a much-needed respite at the end of our trip. Rachel & Mario we found to be knowledgeable, enthusiastic, personable & flexible. On very short notice, they were able to shorten our stay in France, lengthen it to include overnight in Savona. Their choice of Ca' San Ponzio outside Barolo was quite memorable. Rachel in fact was our true life line when both my wife & myself came down with colds. She arranged two separate doctors' examinations.

The couple who run it are Rachel Erdman and her husband Mario Piccinin. They are terrific. The detail they put into the itinerary was great and they found us hotels that were cheaper that the ones in the guidebooks, but still nice. The driving directions alone were worth the price!
